RETRACTABLE

Retractable: the wing is mounted on a carbon telescopic mast which spans from 2 m to 20 m above deck, in a time similar to the time required to hoist a mainsail. All without the need to pull a single rope.

FULLY AUTOMATED

The automation brings multiple advantages, among which maximum simplicity for the crew. The hoisting or furling operations are a simple touch on the screen. The trimming becomes a push of a throttle to adjust the power output requirement, exactly like a traditional engine.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES

The automation opens the field to remote diagnosis, maintenance and assistance. All components are widely available worldwide. Electric components are low voltage (230 V max) and can therefore be repaired or replaced by widely available electrical technicians.

The carbon telescopic mast deploys rapidly to full height while the dual elements inflatable structure takes its wing shape. 

The flap angle is automatically controlled by the automation to create the optimum camber and provide maximum power when needed. 

AUTOMATION:
Simplicity and Efficiency

The automation turns the Aeroforce wings system literally into a wind engine seamlessly working alone or alongside a traditional engine.

The automation and its dedicated interface are designed to limit the crew's action to only an ON / OFF push button and a power lever (from low power to full power). All other actions such as hoisting, furling, trimming and even auto-release are automatic.
