Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this website is Aeroforce. For any question regarding your personal data, please write to: contact@aeroforce.fr.
Data collected
We collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (last name, first name, email, phone, message), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) necessary for the proper operation of the site and for audience measurement.
Purposes
The data is used to respond to your requests, manage the business relationship and improve the website. It is never sold or transferred to third parties without your consent.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and/or on Aeroforce's legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Cookies
This website places no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary to its operation are used, for example when signing in to the administration area. The audience measurement described below works without any cookie, which is why no consent banner is shown to you.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic to this website using Matomo, an analytics solution that we host on our own server. The data collected never leaves it: it is passed to no third party, is not sold, and serves no advertising purpose.
No cookie is placed on your device and no information is stored on it. This audience measurement is configured according to the exemption conditions laid down by the CNIL, the French data protection authority, which remove the requirement to obtain your consent. In practice:
- your IP address is truncated before any recording, its last two bytes being masked; we never keep the full version;
- the location derived from it is never more precise than the region;
- no identifier is assigned to you, and your browsing is not tracked from one website to another;
- no individual visit log can be consulted: only aggregated statistics are produced, such as the number of visits, pages viewed, traffic sources or device type;
- the address of the website that referred you is reduced to its domain name alone;
- this data is not cross-referenced with any other processing.
This processing relies on our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used, in order to improve its content and usability. Raw data is deleted automatically after 13 months, and aggregated statistics after 25 months.
If you would rather not be counted, enable the « Do Not Track » option in your browser's privacy settings: we honour it, and no measurement will then be carried out.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@aeroforce.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
